Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 5 days to process your order. Expect an email when your order ships to let you know your order is on the way. 

ORDER PICKUP:

Local orders may be picked up daily, by appointment or arrangement. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Retail orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping. Please select the "Free Shipping" option if your order is eligible and you would like Free Ground Shipping. You are always welcome to pay for expedited shipping, with associated transit times and costs as shown in the shipping estimate.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund or replace any quality issue that is reported. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@wayoutwax.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
